Mark Bowness original creator of eco-community tribewanted runs a website called thenerve.tv, where aspiring TV show creators from around the world can pitch their programming ideas in hopes of developing the next big TV show.
For a yearly fee of about $120, the site offers online business training in TV programming and the chance to pitch endless show ideas to Bowness, whos an expert in the media industry.
Bowness will then pitch peoples show ideas to broadcasters in America and the U.K., and find TV channels that are bold enough to adapt the concepts into shows.
So far, Bowness is getting very interesting program pitches.
Globally, the most popular TV shows are quiz and game shows in the style of Deal Or No Deal, that, in Bowness words, Turn everyday people with everyday dreams into millionaires.
But some shows are a bit riskier.
One aspiring TV titan has pitched a show called Make Me A Stuntman, which follows the creator as he tries to make it in the die-hard, competitive world of stunt work.
Bowness adds, Hes scaling buildings and jumping through fires. It catches the public eye.
