Baby Borrowers shows the trials of five teen couples who, over the course of three weeks, are forced to care for a baby, a toddler, a pre-teen, a teenager, and a senior citizen.
Kelsey Lampman an 18-year-old who appears on the show says, We all thought we could handle it just from babysitting, but we werent able to live our normal lives at all. This couldve definitely helped Jamie Lynn Spears.
Cory Davila, another teen test subject, adds, As soon as we got this reality check, it changed everyones mind we all want to wait to have kids.
And Natalie Nichols, a former teen mom who lent her own baby and toddler to the eye-opening TV experiment, says the show will teach teens more than just how to change a diaper.
Nichols says, I got pregnant on purpose at 17. I was going to show my parents I knew everything. But I definitely couldve used the help of this show at that age.
Baby Borrowers premieres Monday (Feb. 18) on NBC.
