Circus World Parades Sideshow Fun

BARABOO, Wis. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – There’s nothing like a day at the circus.

Circus World – the world’s largest circus museum in Baraboo, Wisconsin, which was the winter retreat of the infamous Ringling Brothers up until 1918 – has been offering glimpses of the big top life for almost a century.

According to Ringmaster Dave SaLoutos, Circus World gives those who grew up going to the circus and those who’ve never been to one a taste of what it’s really like to live like a carnie.

Museum guests get the full circus experience by riding elephants, seeing sideshows, and checking out authentic antique circus wagons and costumes.

And it seems that everyone loves the grandeur of the bazaar life.

SaLoutos explains, “Even people who’ve been to circuses are surprised at the magnitude of the museum. The circus was the number one form of entertainment for so long, and this place represents so much of it.”

And as for those who are looking to run away and join the circus, SaLoutos says the museum is always willing to take on an extra hand.
