Fashion publicist Alexis Rubin got cut adrift from this past Thursday nights (June 14) Pirate Master, but she says her inner pirate was landlocked before the show even began.
Rubin says producers wouldnt let her dress with her own swashbuckling style or meet her dastardly demands for an eyepatch, a peg leg, or a parrot.
She says, I was a little more of a modern-day pirate before the show, with skulls and black nail polish.
And the pirate dress code kept Rubins chest a buried treasure.
As she puts it, A lot of the girls wanted to wear the corsets, but I wanted to throw the corset in the ocean.
Pirate Master cruises the Caribbean on Thursday nights.
