‘Pirate Master’ Castoff Undresses The Show

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Corsairs on the CBS show Pirate Master get to dress like the pillage people, but a recent castoff would rather have her garb set sail.

Fashion publicist Alexis Rubin got cut adrift from this past Thursday night’s (June 14) Pirate Master, but she says her inner pirate was landlocked before the show even began.

Rubin says producers wouldn’t let her dress with her own swashbuckling style or meet her dastardly demands for an eyepatch, a peg leg, or a parrot.

She says, “I was a little more of a modern-day pirate before the show, with skulls and black nail polish.”

And the pirate dress code kept Rubin’s chest a buried treasure.

As she puts it, “A lot of the girls wanted to wear the corsets, but I wanted to throw the corset in the ocean.”

Pirate Master cruises the Caribbean on Thursday nights.
