Watch For A 720-Degree Slam Dunk

SEATTLE (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Many ballers fail at their Hoop Dreams, but now there’s a second chance to take it Above The Rim in a national competition.

Slammin’ Seattle is dribbling today (June 1) over the 2007 Ball4Real Streetball Tour which brings back faces from ESPN’s Streetball as they travel across the country looking for America’s next top “playa.”

Streetball Entertainment’s CEO Lisa Fusco says, “We’re giving players from outside a chance to ride with the team, so it’s Streetball meets Survivor meets American Idol.

Fusco says some new superstar could definitely take a pro’s spot on the team, but with players like T.J. “Mr. 720” Fontenette, it’s a difficult thing to do.

That’s because Mr. 720 slammed a dunk where he spun twice in the air before a crowd of fans for the first time in Streetball history a few years back.

Fontenette says, “I thought that move up as a kid and luckily it works.”
