Ted McGinley Channels Inner Frat Boy For New Role

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Ted McGinley gets to play every married guys fantasy on an upcoming episode of Til Death: A confirmed bachelor.

McGinley, who starred on Hope and Faith and Married With Children, says he modeled the character of Webby – who is Brad Garrett’s crazy college buddy – from how he was back during his wild, single college days.

Says McGinley: “Webby is the friend all guys wish they had. He gives them hope that there was that one guy who got away. He’s the George Clooney of the bunch.”

He explains: “George is perfectly happy and probably wont get married until he’s 65 just so he has someone to hang out with, and he seems fine with it.”

McGinley, who’s been married for 16 years, says it was fun to reminisce about his younger days, but admits he’s quite happy living the married life.

He explains: “When I saw my wife for the first time, it was like I got hit by a two-by-four....I just knew she was the one and it was time to settle down.”

McGinley parties with the cast of Til Death on April 18 on Fox.
