But its not so much for her ideas, as her draw.
Political cartoonist Daryl Cagle says he gets more mail regarding the New York senator than any other potential candidate and adds, People love her or hate her but theyre obsessed with her. So, from a business point-of-view, cartoonists would to see her in office.
He says that Clintons persona as an angry, scorned woman gives artists plenty to work with, especially her angry eyebrows.
Cagle says he got the same mileage out of Bill Clintons fat personality.
In his words, Bill Clinton in person is as skinny as a rail but he has a fat personality so cartoonists always draw him large.
But Cagle doesnt have any problem with George W. Bush.
He says the President is a cartoonists dream, which is why many cartoonists were torn in 2004 because, while they might have preferred John Kerry as a candidate, as a cartoon, he was hard to draw and boring.
Cagles latest collection of political cartoons is titled Best Political Cartoons Of 2006 (Que Publishing).
