Safuto lost out of the finals because of a guy who had a moving car seat for kids, a device he admits is a better invention to his PureFlush toilet seat.
But he isnt slamming the lid on his invention. Safuto says hes been swamped with interest from investors since his episode aired this past week.
Still, he isnt making any decisions about the product for now because ABC has a one-year option on the product.
If the network decides to make Safutos product, he will get 25 percent royalties, which he says is a pretty good rate.
In the meantime, Safuto is working as a goodwill ambassador for ABC and his product by appearing at the INPEX invention trade show, which starts June 7 in Pittsburgh.
