Auction Offers Chance To Visit Any KFC In The World

CHICAGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Here’s something to cluck about: KFC is auctioning off a chance for someone to travel the seven seas in order to taste the 11 herbs in the chicken at a location of their choice.

Starting Monday (Dec. 5), KFC will be holding a charity auction on eBay that will give fast food fanatics a chance to bid for an all-expense paid trip to one of the 13,000 KFCs in the world, including far-off locales like Chile, Qatar and, fittingly for a chicken chain, Turkey.

The winning bidder will also visit KFC headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky, to have a meal at the very first KFC restaurant and pay their respects at the gravesite of company founder Colonel Harland Sanders.

The winning bid will be donated to The Colonel’s Kids Foundation, which provides college scholarships for high school students, and KFC will match the bid up to $25,000.
