Americans Nicer Than You Think

LONDON (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – American Foreign Policy may be getting a bad rap abroad, but American citizens may still be the nicest people in the world.

At least that’s the opinion of Brit Simon Newbound, who just broke the Guinness World Record for most kilometers driven on a motorcycle,

He and his wife, Monika, traveled to 102 countries over a three-and-a-half year period and says the Yanks were the nicest people he met during his entire 185,000 km journey – about 114,953 miles.

Newbound said he and his wife were “adopted” by friendly citizens in every single state in the US in which they traveled.

The Newbounds view the niceness as a blessing considering how much convincing it took Simon to get Monika out of her easy chair and onto a cycle.

Americans may bask in the Newbounds’ glowing words, but they may want to take it with a grain of salt considering Simon says the thing he missed most about England was the food.
