NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Famed media prankster Joey Skaggs is highlighting everyone and everything that’s full of hot air.

On April 1, his 25th Annual April Fools’ Day Parade in New York will honor the weird and stupid stuff that made this past year fun for fools.

Given the flighty economy, the theme is “Up, Up And Away,” with the parade being led by a Ben Bernanke doppelganger.

The U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman will be followed by other foolish impersonators including Sarah Palin, Richard and Mayumi Heene with their homemade balloon float, and Tiger Woods swinging his club.

To symbolize the up-in-the-air economy, 10,000 helium balloons each with a $1 bill attached will be released along the route.

Anyone can join the procession, and Skaggs says they’re still looking for “a posse of hookers” to follow their Tiger Woods.

After 25 years organizing the crazy parade, Skaggs’ favorite moment is the time a President Bush impersonator was chased down the street by an angry lynch mob.
