Danny Cahill won the weight-loss competition this past Tuesday (Dec. 8) after dropping more than 200 pounds.
Now that hes healthy, Cahill has his game back particularly on the football field.
Hes been coaching his sons football team for years, mostly watching from the sidelines since he was too heavy to actually play.
Now, hes looking forward to getting back on the gridiron and physically showing his boys how to play, rather than just telling them.
Cahill says it was really frustrating not being able to practice with his team first-hand. However, he can now tackle with the best of them, so pros better watch out.
Cahill is adamant about maintaining his ideal weight. He figures that if he continues to eat right and workout regularly, he wont lose his winning momentum.
He adds, An object in motion, remains in motion.
