The Headlands Center for the Arts in Sausalito, California, provides houses for artists to work and live in.
The homes have been around for more than 100 years and at one point, were occupied by military soldiers.
But the old residents may still be around, as the space is thought to be haunted.
Artists whove lived there claim to have seen ghosts and other paranormal activity, and will be sharing their freaky stories tomorrow (Dec. 2).
Spokesperson Jessica Brier is inviting them to tell their spooky story, then enjoy dinner and a walk under the creepy moonlight of the secluded area.
Though she cant be sure of the bone chilling tales thatll be told, the mood will already be set. She says the old buildings tend to creak and squeak like a true haunted house.
