Animals Jam With Instruments

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Elephants can play a mean sax solo on Wham’s “Careless Whisper.”

Animals look good jamming to classic songs and Brooke Tarnoff captures them in the groove with her photo series, Animals With Instruments.

Tarnoff placed anatomically correct miniature plastic animals in positions where they’re rocking out on teeny guitars, pianos, saxophones, and banjos, and she can really hear the music.

The photog says, “I have a really active imagination. I know it sounds crazy but I think of what songs they’re playing.”

For instance, her elephant on the sax is playing the intro to “Careless Whisper” while the raccoon is tickling the ivories to a Ben Folds Five tune.

She even imagines the horse and pig playing the banjo and having a duel.

However, she thinks the pony is “too intense” to beat the oinker.

Tarnoff loves how the animals come to life in the shots and really look like rockstars.
