The Lost World Museum in Phoenix, New York, ponders that very question with The Chupacabra Exhibit, which features a taxidermied Chupacabra from Texas, bones, and artifacts of the creepy creature.
The museum focuses on origin theories, concentrating on evolution, creationism, and ancient alien intervention, which states that aliens gave man the technology to further the human race.
Museum owner John Adolfi says its hard to know what category Chupacabra falls into because so little is known about it.
He explains, Some Chupas look like foxes, some hop like kangaroos, some are almost bald and grey. I just hope scientists accept it no matter what it is and dont force it into a peg hole.
Through the exhibit, Adolfi hopes to open a discussion on the Chupacabras origin for creationists and evolutionists to voice their opinions.
