Nerds Get Intergalactic Concert

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Star Wars geeks can now have a dose of culture with their dweeby obsession.

Fans of the sci-fi franchise can experience it in a whole new way with Star Wars: In Concert, an orchestral extravaganza where music from all six films is performed live by a symphony and choir.

The live score is accompanied by video montages from the films, cut especially by George Lucas to match the feeling of each musical piece, and will be viewed on three-story-tall LED screens.

The musical event is on tour now through December 13, with dates available on StarWarsInConcert.com, and is narrated by the man who played C-3PO, giving fans even more reason to get excited.

The event gives movie geeks and classical music buffs a chance to truly experience the sweeping score that framed the films and defined an entire generation of intergalactic dweebs.
