How The Obamas Stay Fit

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Toned, healthy bodies like President Barack Obama’s don’t just happen overnight.

The latest issues of Men’s Health and Women’s Health hit stands on Tuesday (Sep. 15) and feature interviews with the prez and First Lady Michelle Obama about their own health and fitness rituals.

President Obama keeps his body and mind healthy by hitting the basketball court on the weekends and working out six days a week.

The physical activity helps clear his head and relieve him of stress.

He also keeps a bowl of apples in the Oval Office to snack on, which he calls his “first step toward health reform” in Washington, D.C.

As for Michelle Obama, she exercises to keep her famously well-toned arms in shape and tends to a White House garden.

She suggests eating everything in moderation but admits french fries are her weakness. If she could eat them at every meal, she would.
