So says Stephanie Drury, creator of StuffChristianCultureLikes.com, which lists the strange stuff Christians can’t get enough of.
The godly goodies include a Christian-friendly version of Guitar Hero called Guitar Praise, which allows them to jam out to songs Jesus would approve of, being pro-life while simultaneously – and ironically – being pro-war, and barefoot worship sessions.
Drury is very closely acquainted with Evangelical Christian culture since her father is a preacher and her husband is a minister’s son, and has been able to use the site to “sort out” her issues with the religion of her upbringing.
As a result of her mild bashing of saved souls, Drury was once told, “It’s all fun and games until someone goes to hell” by an angry Christian woman, which she calls the “best email I’ve ever gotten.”
