‘Sopranos’ Star Has Poker Face

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Former Sopranos star Steve Schirippa is an ace at giving poker face.

Schirippa hosts a new poker game show called Face The Ace, and though he’s not really a poker pro, bluffing is his specialty.

Schirippa says he’s been fooling people with his acting skills for years and confesses, “I bluff every time I’m on TV!”

Other than his poker face skills, Schirippa admits he’s not much of a player and the whole world of high bets and stakes is new to him.

Interestingly enough, he’s learned more about poker from hosting TV specials and watching the pros than from actually playing.

He even lived in Las Vegas for a while after college and worked at The Riviera Hotel on the strip, but didn’t learn much about the game from his time in Sin City.

Face The Ace premieres Saturday (Aug. 1) on NBC.
