Dallas Dog Park A Starbucks For Spaniels

DALLAS (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Why should dogs run around in the mud when they can roll around in the lap of luxury?

An Dallas doggie park called the Unleashed Indoor Dog Park is bringing a little refinement to the typical dog park with fancy facilities including a 25,000 square-foot grass area, waterfalls and a canine grooming salon.

Co-owner Kelly Acree admits it’s more of an “owner park” where masters can enjoy a cup of coffee, lunch or just hang out while their pooch runs amuck.

Acree says she came up with the idea because the public dog park tends to be dirty and uncomfortable. She wanted something more sophisticated and designed the Unleashed Indoor Dog Park to be more like a Starbucks or Borders.
