Food Is The Way To A Facelift

TORONTO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Food, not surgery, is the best way to get a facelift.

So says renowned fitness guru Tosca Reno, whose “Eat- Clean Diet” is used by Hollywood hotties Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry, and Nicole Kidman.

The concept is simple: Eat six small meals a day comprised of lean protein and complex carbs and avoid heavily processed, refined foods like flour and sugar.

The results, however, are complex – especially on your complexion.

Not only do people drop weight on the diet, but the nutritious combination of foods leads to incredibly fresh, naturally glowing skin.

Reno explains, “Your skin looks great. It’s like a food facelift!”

The proof is in Angelina Jolie’s radiant post-birth skin, which she attributes to Reno’s Eat-Clean Diet.

Reno says her diet keeps you full because you eat every three hours, and helps “sober up” your body from years of sugar addiction.

She herself went from weighing 205 pounds to being a swimsuit fitness model in her 40s by eating clean.
