Jamba Juice And ‘Knitfitti’ Warm Up Chicago

CHICAGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Baby, it’s cold outside, but folks in Chicago are nice and toasty.

Jamba Juice is warming up the Windy City by unveiling their new Steel Cut Oatmeal with fruit and brown sugar crumble.

The oatmeal launch kicks off today (Dec. 18) with a celebration at a local Jamba Juice store where “knitfitti” artists – taggers who make their mark with cozy knits instead of spray paint – will create a winter art display.

The knitters will deck out the store throughout the day, beautifying the space and making Chicagoans feel all warm and fuzzy.

When Jamba Oatmeal launches its full campaign on January 15, 2009, a much larger, more elaborate knitting installation will be set up in New York City.

Jamba Juice will continue spreading the warmth throughout today and tomorrow (Dec. 19) by delivering oatmeal to the tireless workers of Chicago’s non-profit organizations to show appreciation.
