Actor Is Down With The Homies

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – It’s a thug life for one Hollywood actor.

Character actor Noel G has been the go-to Mexican ese in Hollywood blockbusters such as Bruce Almighty and Training Day, and he digs being down with the homies.

While some Latino actors frown down on taking stereotypical gangster and drug dealer roles, Noel G embraces his thuggish street status and highlights it in his upcoming movie, Food Stamps.

As he puts it, “I’m so proud of the movie. It’s the Mexican version of Friday.

However, unlike Ice Cube’s Friday, Noel G’s flick won’t focus on smoking weed, it’ll focus on ballin’.

He explains, “It’s about being the big G in the neighborhood trying to make that pretty money and doing it big.”

Food Stamps is slated for release in 2009.
