‘Bachelorette’ Bootee Tackles Virginity Issue

MINNEAPOLIS (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The latest Bachelorette reject is standing up for the sanctity of sex.

This past Monday (May 26) former professional football player Ryan Hoag was booted off The Bachelorette.

Hoag – who’s also a devout Christian and virgin – says not even the beautiful bachelorette DeAnna Pappas would’ve shaken his strong sex stance.

He says, “I don’t know where she stands on pre- marital sex, but if my virginity would’ve been a problem for her, than it would’ve been a problem for us.”

Hoag says his fellow Bachelorette boys “absolutely rallied” around his virginity.

And while Hoag could’ve used his fierce football skills to bring down his competition if they gave him grief over his virginity, he never had to tackle the issue.

He says, “Everyone was very respectful. And I’m not the type to fight. I wasn’t there to create a Jerry Springer-type atmosphere.”

The Bachelorette airs Mondays on ABC.
