Malibu Real Estate King Gets Wild Surprise

MALIBU, Calif. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – For one successful real estate agent in Malibu, California, climbing the property ladder comes with plenty of wild surprises and unexpected perks.

Madison Hildebrand – star of Bravo’s hit reality series Million Dollar Listings – has sold over $80 million in real estate in the posh Malibu area in less than three years, earning him the nickname “King of Malibu.”

And while the majority of the homes the 27-year-old housing honcho has handled have been luxurious properties, one particular piece of real estate gave Hildebrand a weird – and wild – surprise.

Hildebrand once represented a buyer who wanted to buy a five- acre home that looked gorgeous on the outside, but was infested with animals inside.

He explains, “When we walked in we saw that the seller was keeping more than 30 animals inside the house, without cages. There were 20 birds roosted in the kitchen, six flying squirrels, and four dogs. It was bizarre and disgusting! I considered buying my client an oxygen tank to go along with the house so she wouldn’t pass out smelling the nasty air in there!”

But Hildebrand’s house hustling also comes with some perks.

After making a sale, Hildebrand’s clients usually invite him over for housewarming parties, and one time, one of his clients even ended up dating his little brother.

He jokes, “If I’m not pimpin’ out real estate, I’m pimpin’ out my family!”
