How To Be A Professional Gold Digger

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Ladies, if you’re looking to nab a rich husband, you must first learn the tricks of the trade of fortune hunting.

That’s the money talk from author Charlotte Hays who has just penned The Fortune Hunters (St. Martin’s Press), a book that sheds light on the lives of infamous gold diggers including Jackie Kennedy, Princess Diana, and Melania Knauss.

But while living in the lap of luxury alongside “Mr. Rich” seems unattainable, Hays says anyone can learn to be a fierce fortune hunter as long as they keep their eye on the prize.

Hays says to be a successful gold digger, one must treat the title like a job, realize they’re the “CEO of Mr. Rich,” and do anything it takes to score big bucks.

Says Hays: “A fortune hunter must be shameless, confident, and determined. She must convince herself that her destiny is to be rich, and understand that as long as Mr. Rich is alive, she’ll play second fiddle to his money-making ventures.”

But the ultimate way to bank yourself a Richie Rich is to be an excellent actress.

Hays explains, “You must perfect something called ‘The Look,’ where you learn to always look interested in whatever your rich husband is talking about. If a rich fella is so boring that he puts everyone in the room into a coma, your job is to humor him and act fascinated.”

The Fortune Hunters hits shelves tomorrow (Aug. 7).
