Celebrity Nutritionist Urges Clients To Hit The Bottle

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – One health hero to the stars is urging his celeb clients to hit the bottle – of water, that is.

That’s the word from nutritionist and fitness expert Philip Goglia, whose key to sculpting a sexy celebrity body is to scrap the Starbucks and stick with good ol’ water.

Goglia, whose clients include Owen Wilson, America Ferrera, and John Cusack, says most people confuse thirst with hunger but are so concerned with “how tight their pants are” that they end up not eating, which is very unhealthy.

Says Goglia: “By the end of the day they’re so hungry they could slap around the kids or kick the dog.”

So to quench your thirst disguised as hunger and stay Tinsel-toned, Goglia suggests staying away from sugary drinks like smoothies, sodas, and dairy drinks, which he says are like “drinking phlegm.”

And while Hollywood’s hottest put bread on Goglia’s table, he’s got some diet dirt for the regular Joes too.

He says, “Celebrities have the same concerns as everyone else. They have to stay in shape, but they also want that order of french fries.”
