According to In Touch Weekly magazine, the heiress has decided to part ways with Mintz as a result of the guilty verdict she received in court last Friday (May 4), which landed her 45 days in jail for violating her DUI probation.
Before the guilty verdict was reached, the socialite blamed Mintz for her mistakes, telling the judge that Mintz had told her that her drivers license was only suspended for 30 days, and that she could still drive for work-related matters, which clearly was not the case.
However, Paris pleas werent enough to convince the judge to spare her the jail sentence or save Mintzs job.
Without her right-hand man by her side, the teary-eyed Paris turned to her parents for consolation, and was spotted having lunch with them at an L.A. hotspot over the weekend.
Mintz could not be reached for comment.
