Burger King Has No Beef With Jennifer Hudson

CHICAGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Jennifer Hudson is giving credit where credit is due and her former employer Burger King couldn’t be prouder.

Hudson recently responded to comments by American Idol judge Simon Cowell suggesting that her recent Oscar victory would never had happened without Idol by saying, “If I’d been better at my job when I was at Burger King in my middle teens, I wouldn’t be here either, so should I thank them too?”

To its credit, Burger King says no, she doesn’t.

The fast food giant has issued a press release saying that the company is proud of Hudson’s success and adds, “While we never like to lose employees, in this case, our loss is the entertainment industry’s gain.”

In addition, the company is showing its support by giving Hudson a pre-paid BK Crown Card that will be reloaded for life so she never has to sing for her supper again.
