Sharon Osbourne has just announced that her Prince Of Darkness husband will be holding his 12th Annual hard rock spectacular for free to the masses.
This summers Ozzfest is set to launch in Los Angeles on July 7, but will be dubbed Freefest because all the tickets will be free.
Osbourne says the decision to make it a freebie concert was in part to let kids be able to afford to come out and have an incredible experience.
The Osbournes hope to book more rockin bands that are willing to play for free in front of 20,000 frenzied kids.
As of now, the plan is to fund Ozzfest solely through sponsored advertising and for bands to sell their t-shirts and CDs to pocket a little bit of cash.
Instead of buying tickets, fans will log on to www.ozzfest.com or livenation.com and find links to special sponsor sites where they can secure free tickets.
