Pre-‘Survivor’ Dehydration Strategy Didn’t Work For Recent Castoff

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Only the strong survive on Survivor: Cook Islands, not the weak and dehydrated.

Or at least that’s what latest Survivor castoff Stephannie Favor discovered after she unsuccessfully tried to prepare her body for the competition by limiting her food and liquid intakes before she was shipped off to start filming.

Says Favor: “I tried to decrease my liquid and meal intake each day but my plan didn’t really work.”

Favor says she had “major dehydration problems” throughout the entire game – mainly because she wasn’t able to throw back the coconut juice like other contestants and her body was constantly craving carbs like chocolate and mashed potatoes and gravy.
