Yamin is giving one lucky fan a lifesize version of himself during a benefit concert this weekend (Oct. 7-8) in his hometown.
Says Yamin: “I think a giant cut-out of me in someone’s house might be kind of scary. I mean, the winner may forget about my cut-out and walk into their dark house and freak out thinking there’s really someone there.”
While his cut-out may be creepy, Yamin certainly is not – his concert at the Virginia State Fair on Sunday (Oct. 8) will be benefitting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, an important cause to the singer.
As he points out, “I’ve had to deal with diabetes throughout my life and I’m happy to raise money for this cause and educate people about the illness.”
