Thats the straight poop from gastroenterologist Dr. Patricia Raymond, who says eating greasy man food like buffalo wings and hamburgers during the pregame party will lead to foul smelling gas later in the day.
Also, drink light beer, not regular, because it has less carbonation. Plus, it helps the body release gas through burping.
If a fart does free itself, Raymond says there is good news because, she points out, tailgates are loud and outside so no one will even notice.
But prevention is key: Raymond says chewing a CharcoCap charcoal pill before the party will suck up the gas bubbles beforehand.
Finally, if you absolutely have to fart, the good doctor advises getting a far distance away from the grill because thats kind of dangerous.
