Thats the treatment suggested by Los Angeles-based sleep expert Dr. Ray Sahelian. He says a bout of intense sex an hour before falling asleep tomorrow night can help you adjust to the hour of sleep lost due to the time change.
But the sex must be intense enough to increase your bodys supply of oxytocin, a chemical known to help sleep. If youre unattached or celibate, vigorous exercise will also do the trick.
Meanwhile, loading up on carbohydrates like french fries and pasta just before sleep also helps reset the body clock.
Sahelian also recommends renting some good comedy videos because laughter releases pain-killing endorphins, which also help the body relax.
