Paranormal Researcher Claims To Be Getting The Randi Run Around

PHILADELPHIA (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A paranormal researcher who’s eager to take on the Amazing James Randi’s $1 Million Paranormal Challenge is starting to think Randi is not so amazing.

Lou Gentile wonders if Randi, a long-time skeptic of pseudoscience, is genuine in offering a million bucks to anyone who can present scientific proof that the paranormal exists.

Gentile filed the paperwork in January to prove Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) is real, but he claims Randi is dragging his heels.

He also claims Randi’s organization posted his challenge to their website chock full of typos, making it look like they were his errors.

Then all forms of communication from Randi’s group came to a halt, and, most recently, Randi underwent heart surgery.

Gentile says if the shoe was on the other foot and he was delaying the challenge, Randi would label him as a fake.

In his words, “It’s making me wonder what the hell is going on with this thing.”

Randi says his health has slowed him down, but he plans to “get back into it.”

But how quickly is anyone’s guess. He dismisses EVPs saying they’re “not a miracle.”
