No Mile High Club In ‘Flight Attendant School’

DENVER (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A new reality series about the friendly skies is promising fireworks, but not the kind found in the Mile High Club.

Tomorrow (Jan. 12) is the premiere of the Travel Channel show Flight Attendant School, which chronicles a six-week training program at the Denver-based Frontier Airlines flight attendant training center.

Joe Hodas, who handles public relations for the airline, says of the series, “You’re gonna see fireworks. Whether we script it or not, there’s gonna be drama.”

On the other hand, there will be no footage in any way related to the Mile High Club, which Hodas thinks is “partly a fallacy” anyway.

Hodas, who appears in one episode, believes the students and instructors will provide enough entertainment, calling them “compelling people” and revealing that “emotions run high” in several episodes.

He agrees that people in the airline industry tend to have fascinating personalities, and jokes, “I think it’s the jet fumes.”
