The team was formed in October at the national competition at LAcademie de Cuisine and consists of three regulars and two alternates.
According to team captain Christopher Boos, the team now has 14 months to design a chocolate dessert, a fruit and ice cream dessert presented on an ice sculpture base and a typical plated dessert that they will recreate during the event.
Boos cant reveal the teams designs or flavors, but he says one things for sure: His team will unveil new dessert techniques which they will share with the world.
