Finger Snapper Risks Frostbite For Howard Stern

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – This Friday (Dec. 16) marks Howard Stern’s last day on broadcast radio, and one man is honoring the shock jock by risking frostbite.

Bobby Badfingers – who is billed as the “world’s fastest finger snapper” – is flying to New York to perform for Stern in Times Square under freezing conditions.

Badfingers hopes to prevent his fingers from snapping off by wearing gloves stuffed with “chemical crack packs” until the very last second before his performance.

It’s not exactly a hot gig but Badfingers is happy to do it for Stern, who he credits for helping raise awareness of finger snapping as an art form since he first appeared on the show two-and-a-half years ago.

Badfingers wouldn’t risk frostbite for just anyone, but, in his words, “Howard helped make finger snapping go from sideshow entertainment to a professional musical instrument.”

The shock jock also gave Badfingers the best endorsement possible: “He says I have the most useless talent he’s ever seen.”
