Thats where a company called SantaSpeaking.com is located and for the past two years, it has fielded letters from Santa and arranged personalized phone calls from the big Kringle himself.
Anne Gaskell, founder of the site, says parents can clue Santa in on whether their youngsters really have been naughty or nice.
She says parents report that a call from St. Nick usually sends kids scrambling to clean up their rooms.
Gaskells service also allows her to keep an eye on what type of toys are on kids wish lists.
She says, this year, kids who are barely old enough to type have been e-mailing Santa for high-tech gifts like iPods.
Meanwhile, one little boy who has a love for outer space asked for an astronaut suit worth several million dollars, while another little girl has spammed Santa with daily e-mails asking for a saddle for her pony.
