Drane admits to coming from a blue-collar family and says, If I know anything, I know blue collar TV.
Several of the skits are based on her own upbringing or things she witnesses. Last season, a sketch about a 13-year-old cheerleaders provocative dancing was based on what she saw at her younger sisters cheerleading competition.
Drane says her sisters squad was pretty conservative, but she saw 12- and 13-year-olds, wearing nothing, doing the sexiest dancing Ive ever seen.
This season, Drane promises shell revive her role as Dolly Parton for a spoof of Million Dollar Baby called Million Dollar Boobies, and also will play a trailer-trash character named Donna in a sketch called White Trash Days of Our Lives.
Shes also planning her November wedding to St. Louis Cardinals shortstop, David Eckstein, which she assures will NOT be blue collar.
