Juliana Margulies Dishes On Celebrity Eaters

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Former E.R. star Juliana Margulies may be a successful actress but she hasn’t forgotten her salad days.

Margulies recently attended the premiere of a new indie movie, The Great Big Wonderful, and used the occasion to dish about her former waitressing career at a New York restaurant called the 150 Wooster.

She served up vittles to celebrities like Julia Roberts, film director Joel Schumacher and designer Calvin Klein and says when she meets the stars these days she brings up her former job and “They pretend that they remember me. But I don’t think they really do.”

Margulies says Schumacher was the best tipper but says most stars were “just okay.” She was more shocked over how Klein and Bianca Jagger were obsessed with getting their greens and “ordered lots of spinach on the side.”

These days, Margulies serves up dialogue, not dishes, but says she warns her fellow celebs to “Be nice to your waitress. She may turn out to be a celebrity someday and tell all your food secrets to the gossip columns.”
