Year Of The Rooster Is A Good Time For Molting

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The Chinese Year of the Rooster rolls in on Feb. 9, and a New York herbalist has some remedies to help folks start preening in the New Year.

The year of the rooster is a time when everything is flashy according to Letha Hadady, who says, “It’s all about the surface.”

That’s why it’s a good time to improve things on the surface, like your appearance.

To improve physical appearance and your “cock-a-doodle- doo,” Hadady recommends slimming down by eating barley and mushroom soup and popcorn flavored with canola oil and tumeric. Hadady claims the popcorn absorbs the excess moisture around the mid-section.

Drinking an aloe vera gel drink will reduce the appetite and rubbing a warm Chinese oil called posumon on your stomach will help pear-shaped folks shed fat.

With the year of the rooster upon us, Hadady says, “With two-thirds of Americans overweight, it pays not to be a big bird.”
