Comedian’s Diarrhea Joke Stinks

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Comic Nick Swardson’s favorite crappy joke isn’t exactly a hit with audiences.

Swardson, of Grandma’s Boy and Reno 911! fame, has been trying to tell a diarrhea joke in his stand-up act for years that always falls flat.

The quip goes: “It’s Pepto Bismol’s anniversary. Celebrating 30 years of diarrhea.”

Though he’s always found the joke hilarious, it never gets a laugh on the stage.

He attempted to salvage it once by giving the joke to Sarah Silverman, but even then, it pooped out with audiences.

He’s since abandoned it, and no longer sneaks it into his act.

Swardson laments, “The jury has spoken. But I still think it’s funny that people would celebrate diarrhea.”

But the gag may not be completely dead.

Swardson says it’ll be the last joke he ever tells, when he’s 98 and on his deathbed.
