Tomorrow (Dec. 19), the streets of New York are getting a double shot of holiday anarchy when Santarchy comes to town.
Hundreds of drunken Santas, Mrs. Clauses, elves, and reindeer will be on a rampage, bar hopping and handing out presents along the way.
However, there is a method to the madness.
Event organizer Kevin Bracken says that although anarchy means no rules, a few have to be followed to ensure a jolly good time.
For example, a Santa hat is just not going to cut it as a costume. Bracken, and every New Yorker around that night, wants to see some originality, and maybe a few sexy reindeer.
He also insists that all participants truly act like Santa by chuckling heartily, being nice to children, and entreating people to sit on their lap.
