Christmas Arguments Start At 9:58 AM

SILVERWATER, Australia (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Christmas Day may start off merry – until the first argument of the morning.

According to a survey by Jarlsberg cheese, the average family will have their first argument at 9:58 AM on Christmas Day, most likely over what to watch on TV.

The average parent ends up telling off their kid by 11:07 AM.

The rest of the Christmas schedule goes as follows...

  • Most families get out of bed by 8 AM and are opening presents by 8:19 AM. The worst gifts are ugly Christmas sweaters and socks.

  • As the stress of cooking sinks in, adults take their first sip of alcohol around 11:49 AM.

  • Dinner is served at 3:24 PM, the favorite part of the day for 33 percent of revelers.

  • The first person falls asleep by 4:59 PM – usually Dad – and 50 percent of those who nod off annoy the others by snoring.

  • Board games are played around 5:46 PM, while 13 percent of families go to church.
