David Adamovich, aka The Great Throwdini, is certified by Guinness World Records for throwing 144 knives at a human target in just one minute.
He learned his blade-wielding skills while training as a chef at Manhattans Institute for Culinary Education, which also makes him a master turkey carver.
Throwdini says the key to carving a perfect Thanksgiving (Nov. 26) bird is to let the turkey rest after you take it out of the oven.
He adds, Then wiggle the legs and see where the joint is. Put the knife in and push.
Its always best to remove the breast from the carcass and cut sideways, against the grain, not with it.
