Girls Lie To Fat Friends

LONDON (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Chew on this: British women often lie to their fat friends.

According to a study by Tanita, 20 percent of women think their best friend is fat but would never point out their flabby flaw.

Instead, they tell their BFF she looks great in whatever she wears.

Only 25 percent of girls have ever worked up the courage to tell a fat friend to lose weight.

They probably wish they hadn’t, since 12 percent say their pal was “devastated” while 10 percent “burst into tears.”

However, 50 percent of fatties took the friendly advice and did something about their expanding waist line.

While women are quick to pick on their friends’ weight, they aren’t totally truthful when it comes to their own size.

In fact, 25 percent lie to their friends about how much they weigh to appear smaller than they actually are.

Some girlfriends prefer to battle the bulge together – 27 percent have dieted along with their best friend.
