Hairloss.com, a website dedicated to baldness, is rallying cueballs across the United States to boycott the Freestyle Music Park in Myrtle Beach, North Carolina, for their insensitive portrayal of hairless men.
The park has been airing a commercial that features a man in a toupee losing his hairpiece while riding their rollercoaster, which Michael Garcia, spokesperson for Hairloss.com, calls awful and cheap.
He says, People who wear hair systems suffer. You would never have a commercial where someones prosthetic leg or arm falls off. Why are we still laughing at people with prosthetic hair?
Garcia believes its just as wrong to make fun of the bald as it is to make fun of the mentally challenged and hopes the theme park gets a clue with their petition.
