Especially at San Franciscos Climate Theater, where they are staging a live theatrical version of the popular dating show The Dating Game.
The stage version, premiering July 24, will be a lot like the TV version where one single guy or gal interviews three possible love interests from behind a partition and hopefully finds a romantic connection.
According to artistic director Jessica Heidt, the production may not be the ideal place to find The One, but at the very least lonely hearts might get lucky and find The One For Now.
By finding out their potential partners favorite naughty places to make whoopie or which fruit they would be and why, a singleton can get to know other unattached folks and the audience can get some laughs from the cheesy answers.
The theater is currently accepting applications, and recommends those who suffer from stage fright to try a different mode of dating.
