The smooth, resonating sounds that emit from tapping and swirling the fingers around quartz crystal bowls have incredible healing powers, according to Jonathan Goldman, who hosts The Healing Sounds Show on healthylife.net.
Crystal bowls that are up to two-feet wide, shaped like a champagne glass, and embedded with various minerals, including diamonds, gold, rubies, and platinum, can heal the human body.
Goldman says the “beautiful luscious sound” goes “into the ears and brains, calming our heart rate, respiration, and brain waves.”
Once the sounds travel into the body, it helps a human’s cellular structure and creates positive vibrations within the person and the room.
Crystal bowls have been used with cancer patients to help them relax and the calming energy helps ward off the disease.
